Refund Policy

1. Free tier
The first 10 transactions of every statement can be previewed and exported free of charge. Paid purchases only unlock the full export of larger statements.
2. One-time purchases
Full-export unlocks are one-time purchases. If the tool failed to convert your statement, or your purchased unlock could not be used, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
3. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order ID (found in your payment receipt from Paddle, our payment processor). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or region, including the EU and the United Kingdom.
